David has been providing building condition / home inspections for buyers, sellers and lenders since 2001.
Being a business owner since 1985 with over 46 years in the building industry along with 22 plus years inspecting properties; David has the experience to work for you and understands the importance of continuing education.

Hiring a knowledgeable Inspector with the physical ability to walk the roof, traverse attics and crawlspaces when safe to do so is important; anything less is an injustice to our Client.

Having worked and lived throughout Florida David understands the construction techniques used from the hazardous wind zones along the southeastern coastal areas of Florida to the older homes nestled within the interior of northern Florida / southern Alabama, and he uses this knowledge to compile inspection reports based on the client’s location.

David has completed the National Home Inspector Examination® provided by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI), and is a member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants & InterNACHI.

Davids’ Inspection methods have been reviewed by ASHI®, the American Society of Home Inspectors and found to be in substantial compliance.

David is licensed in the state of Florida (Cert. #HI-465) & Alabama (#HI-4070)  and has exceeded the State of Florida mandated continuing educational requirements for the Home Inspector certified license. David has attended training provided by the State of Florida for mobile home set-up & tie-down requirements.

David is current for the continuing education required to maintain his Home Inspector Certification and has completed required continuing education for completing wind mitigation Inspections within Florida. David has completed training for four-point insurance inspections, is approved by Citizens Insurance to perform roof inspections, and is an Owens Corning Roof Data Technician.

Giving back to his community:

Since 1997 to 2022 David has continually accepted appointment serving his community as Washington County Fl. Planning & Zoning District 5 Commissioner, serving as Chairman of the board for several years, as well as serving on the Water Advisory board.  David understands the importance of being committed to moving his community forward while protecting the environment, individuals property rights and will continue to seek opportunity to serve his community.

David follows state legislation and regulations that affect the industry and seeks educational opportunities wherever possible to stay current on issues affecting home construction and homeowners.
